We are not graphic designers; we cannot create artwork for you. Any artwork which you submit to us must be print-ready.

Payment Policy

All payments for printing orders are to be made, in full, prior to the job being sent to print. Payments can be made via Paypal or by direct bank transfer to Fired Up Pty Ltd’s Commonwealth Bank account. Details will be provided on invoices issued.

Delivery Policy

All costs quoted and charged are inclusive of a delivery charge to one address in Australia. You will not be able to collect the goods from our premises.

Return/Refund Policy

Please note: Whilst every care is taken, Fired Up Pty Ltd and it’s agents cannot be held responsible for any errors on final output generated by you, or the software you use in creating files for output. The final check before we receive your files is your responsibility.

Printing errors will result in replacement or refund.

Fired Up Pty Ltd reserves the right to reject clients it does not deem as ‘theatrical, music and entertainment industry clients’.

We accept electronic artwork from Windows and Mac OS applications, which must be complete with proofs attached. All prices include GST, freight, file downloading, film, plates, stock and printing.
